Engineers first.Everything else follows.
Suzu Technology started because an infrastructure architect kept being asked the same question by friends running businesses: "who can I trust to run this properly?" The answer became a company.
- Enterprise & mission-critical datacenter architecture — compute, storage, network, virtualization, security, facilities
- SAN / storage & data protection: HPE Alletra · Primera · 3PAR · StoreOnce · Dell EMC PowerStore · NetApp · IBM
- HA / DR design to RPO·RTO; DC-to-DR and NDR replication
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor · ISO 20000-1 implementation to certification
- HPE ATP Data Center · Cisco DC Infrastructure Design · Dell EMC ISM v3 · Six Sigma Yellow Belt · CWNA

Led by an architect who still does the work.
Sushil has spent more than fifteen years defining, designing and governing end-to-end datacenter architecture for government and enterprise workloads in India and abroad — target-state designs, HLD/LLD, reference architectures, modernization roadmaps, BOMs and the TCO/ROI sheets that get them approved. He has chaired architecture reviews, run multi-vendor evaluations and RFPs, and written the runbooks his own teams were paged on.
The work Suzu Technology sells is the work he has done for fifteen years: HPE and Brocade estates on 3PAR, Primera and Alletra storage; VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox and OLVM clusters and the V2V migrations between them; Proxmox Backup Server with immutability and ransomware resilience; Zabbix, Grafana and Nagios observability; and change control that survives a CAB.
In parallel he founded and runs Suzu Travels, a Himachal destination management company, and SuzuCart, an e-commerce store — the two businesses where the growth and web division learned performance advertising, SEO, automation and AI video with its own money on the line.
"Every client gets what I demand for my own businesses: a drawing, a plan, a runbook, and someone who answers the phone at 3 a.m."
Eight disciplines, one architect.
The competency map below is the founder's own. Every service line on this site maps back to one of these rows.
- Architecture & strategyTarget-state DC architecture (on-prem / colocation / hybrid); reference designs and standards; multi-year modernization roadmaps; capacity planning and lifecycle refresh; HLD/LLD, BOM, cost models and TCO/ROI justification.
- Compute & virtualizationVMware vSphere / vCenter with DRS/HA; Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox VE, Oracle OLVM/OVM; clustering standards, golden images, patch and lifecycle; HPE, Dell and Cisco UCS platforms with iLO/iDRAC out-of-band.
- Storage & data protectionFC and iSCSI SAN, multipathing and zoning on Brocade and Cisco MDS fabrics; HPE Alletra, Primera, 3PAR, StoreOnce and MSA; Dell EMC PowerStore and SC; NetApp and IBM; NAS and object storage; backup with HPE Data Protector, Proxmox Backup Server, Networker and Veeam; immutability, retention and restore validation.
- HA, DR & continuityDC-to-DR and NDR design; array replication (Continuous Access, Business Copy); RPO/RTO-aligned recovery; DR drills, runbooks and recovery testing; BCP, dependency mapping and single-point-of-failure elimination.
- Network & connectivityCore and leaf-spine topologies; VLAN/VRF segmentation, routing and QoS; FC fabric design; load balancing, DNS/DHCP/NTP/IPAM; DC interconnect with redundant edge and uplinks.
- Security & complianceSecurity-by-design: micro-segmentation, firewall zoning, IDS/IPS, PAM/IAM, encryption and key management; ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 audits, CIS hardening, VAPT, vulnerability management, DLP, SIEM/SOC operations.
- Datacenter facilitiesPower (UPS/gensets), cooling, rack layout and density, structured cabling and environmental monitoring; power budgeting and expansion planning; physical security and audit readiness.
- Automation, AI & observabilityAnsible/Terraform concepts, PowerShell and Python; Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Splunk/ELK and APM; ServiceNow and Jira ITSM; generative AI for IT operations — Claude and other LLMs, MCP tool servers, prompt engineering, browser automation.
Public-sector data centers, end to end.
A large part of Sushil's career was spent inside India's state data centers and e-governance programmes — the environments where an outage makes the newspaper and an auditor visits every year. The projects below are described at the level that is public; employer and client-platform details are deliberately left out.
- State Data Centre, PunjabTechnical lead for implementation and operations; migrated every application from legacy infrastructure to the newly built DC; led ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 implementation through to certification by DNV and BVQI.
- State Data Centre, Karnataka (DC/DR/NDR)Delivered DC-to-DR and near-DR replication on HPE Primera and Synergy; SAN administration, zoning and LUN provisioning; NOC/SOC/EMS/NMS and SLA operations; ISO 20000/27001 internal, external and surveillance audits.
- Greenfield state data center, GujaratSolution architect for the AS-IS assessment and TO-BE target-state design: storage (SAN/NAS/object) with tiering and replication, full HLD/LLD across compute, SAN, backup and NOC/SOC/SIEM/SOAR, capacity and migration strategy, BOM and ISMS review.
- Power utility DC/DRC, Himachal PradeshBuilt the primary and recovery data centers for a state electricity board's R-APDRP programme: HP XP enterprise storage with Continuous Access replication, Brocade SAN directors, enterprise tape library, Hyper-V clusters and HP Data Protector.
- Urban development authority & State Data Centre, HaryanaThird-party IT infrastructure audit, gap assessment and VAPT; hardware sizing and virtualization recommendations; RFP and tender drafting; management of incumbent system integrators.
- Telecom & enterpriseCPaaS solution architecture and data center modernization for a telecom operator; multi-vendor SAN and hypervisor estates for enterprise and global platforms, including VMware-to-Proxmox cost-optimisation migrations and Proxmox Backup Server rollouts.
A one-architect company that ships like a team.
Suzu Technology is run with AI agents as full-time colleagues. Not as a slogan — as the pipeline that built this website, writes its daily Insights, and operates the group's other businesses. Read how it works →
- Infrastructure agents over MCPSushil builds MCP tool servers that let an LLM run read-only infrastructure checks — uptime, OS inventory, multi-host patch-compliance reports, Proxmox and Proxmox Backup Server status — behind token authentication with every call logged. The pattern Suzu now sells under AI & automation.
- Browser automation for ops drudgeryChrome-driven agents that collect OEM warranty and support status for whole server estates, compare maintenance quotes and fill the spreadsheets nobody wants to.
- A content engine that runs itselfA scheduled agent reads the last 72 hours of vendor releases and advisories each morning, writes a sourced article in the house style, builds the static site, pushes to GitHub and the hosting auto-deploys. The Insights you are reading are its output, reviewed by a human.
- Business software, built in-houseAn internal management app for Suzu Travels (React, Node.js, SQLite) with twelve modules — leads, tour operations, payroll, accounts, a CEO dashboard — plus P&L and sales-performance dashboards built and refreshed with AI assistance.
- Marketing and video on autopilotMeta Ads campaigns managed through an ads MCP connector; WordPress stores and sites administered through MCP; an AI-avatar video series on Himachal's places and stories produced end to end with generative video tools.
- Everything in Git, everything documentedSite, tools, generators and release notes live in a GitHub repository with a split deploy branch — the same discipline as an HLD/LLD, applied to a marketing website.
Audit. Blueprint. Build. Operate.
The same four moves whether it is a ₹5 lakh ad account or a forty-rack build. Every engagement starts with a written plan that has numbers in it, and ends with documentation your next engineer can follow.
We say no to work we are not the right team for, and we tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.
- Written commitmentsSLAs, RPO/RTO, cost-per-lead targets — in the contract, not the pitch.
- Vendor-neutralWe recommend what fits. No resale margins steering the design.
- Documentation firstHLD/LLD, runbooks, as-builts, monthly reports written for owners.
- One accountable teamInfrastructure, web, AI and marketing under one roof and one phone number.
- Honest reportingIf something is not working, you hear it from us first.
