Free tool · ⚙️ systemd service & timer generator
Run it as a service.Not in a screen session.
Correct unit files with restart, user isolation, hardening and journald logging; add a timer to replace cron with something that logs and survives reboots.
Hardening directives are sane defaults; relax ProtectSystem/ProtectHome if the app writes outside its directory.
What it checks
Everything we would look at first on a client call.
Free, no sign-up, no email gate. If the report shows red, the fix is written next to it — and we are one click away if you would rather we did it.

FAQ
Common questions
Timer vs cron?
Timers log to journald, survive missed runs (Persistent), and show next runs with systemctl list-timers. Use them for anything important.
Type=simple vs oneshot?
simple for long-running daemons; oneshot for scripts that run and exit (used automatically with a timer).
