Suzu Technology ("we") operates suzutechnology.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. When you submit the contact form we receive the details you type — name, company, email, phone and your message — along with the time and your IP address for abuse prevention. We use standard analytics (Google Analytics 4) which collects anonymised usage data via cookies; you can decline non-essential cookies in your browser.

How we use it. To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and — only if you become a client — to deliver services. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to newsletters without consent.

Where it goes. Enquiries are delivered to our email and stored in our CRM. Analytics data is processed by Google. Our hosting provider stores server logs for security.

Retention. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client or ask us to delete it earlier.
