Move the data center.Keep the business running.

Rack-to-rack relocation, DC-to-DC consolidation, or DC-to-cloud: we map every dependency, rehearse every cutover, and move in waves with a tested rollback — so the migration is an event for us, not for your users.

What we do

Most migrations fail on the things nobody wrote down: the hard-coded IP in a batch job, the licence tied to a MAC, the firewall rule only one person knew. Our discovery phase exists to find exactly those before the trucks or the replication jobs start.

We move in waves — dev/test first, then internal, then customer-facing — each with a change ticket, a rehearsal, a cutover checklist and a rollback window. The last wave is the easiest because the first three taught us everything.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

01

Audit

We inventory what you run — hardware, hypervisors, storage, backups, network — and document the risks.

02

Blueprint

HLD/LLD with architecture, bill of materials, migration plan, budget and timeline, within 48 hours of the audit.

03

Build

Change-controlled implementation with MOPs, rehearsed cutovers and as-built drawings.

04

Operate

Monitoring, AMC or managed operations with monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

What we put in writing

Written into the blueprint before work starts. If a number is not here, ask for it — we put it in writing.

DowntimeAgreed per wave in writing; typical 2–6 hours for physical, minutes for replicated
RollbackSource kept restorable for 7 days after each wave
InsuranceTransit insurance on every physical move
DocumentationAs-built HLD, IP plan, runbooks delivered before sign-off
FAQ

Questions we get asked

Physical move or replicate?
Replicate when bandwidth and licences allow — zero-downtime cutover. Physical when data is huge, links are slow or hardware is moving with the workloads; often a mix.
Can you migrate into a colocation facility?
Yes — we handle rack selection, power/cooling calculations, cross-connects and the move itself.
How long does a 20-rack migration take?
Typically 8–12 weeks end to end: 3 weeks discovery/design, 2 weeks rehearsals, 3–6 weeks of waves, 2 weeks hypercare.

Send us your rack list or hypervisor inventory. The blueprint comes back in 48 hours.
