Home/Data center & cloud/Licence Optimisation & Open-Source Replacement

Stop rentingwhat you could own.

A licence audit that lists every renewal, what it costs per year, what the open-source equivalent is, what support it needs, and the migration effort — then we execute the swaps that pay back fastest.

What we do

Open source is free to download, not free to run. Every replacement we recommend comes with a support path — vendor subscription, our managed service, or both — so the finance saving does not become an operations risk.

Typical first-year wins: hypervisor (VMware→Proxmox), backup (commercial→Proxmox Backup Server), monitoring (→Zabbix/Prometheus+Grafana), ITSM/CMDB (→GLPI), office/collaboration where appropriate.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Which licences usually save the most?
Hypervisor (VMware), database (Oracle/SQL Server Enterprise), backup suites and monitoring/ITSM suites — in that order for most Indian mid-size estates.
Is open source secure enough for regulated businesses?
Yes when supported and patched; banks and governments run on it. Our ISO 27001 practice covers the controls.
What if our application vendor only certifies VMware?
Then that workload stays, and we save elsewhere. We never break vendor support.

Send us your rack list or hypervisor inventory. The blueprint comes back in 48 hours.
