OpenStack, deployedand operated properly.

Design, deploy and run OpenStack with HA control plane, Ceph or SAN-backed Cinder, Neutron networking and the monitoring and upgrade discipline it needs — so your developers get a cloud API without you hiring a cloud team.

What we do

OpenStack is powerful and unforgiving: a control plane with a dozen services, networking that must be designed before the first node is racked, and upgrades that need a runbook. We deploy it with an HA control plane, Ceph or SAN-backed block storage and Neutron designed for your network, then run the day-2 operations.

If you already run OpenStack and it has become fragile, we audit it, stabilise it and bring it to a supported release on a planned upgrade path.

How it runs

The engagement, step by step

01

Audit

We inventory what you run — hardware, hypervisors, storage, backups, network — and document the risks.

02

Blueprint

HLD/LLD with architecture, bill of materials, migration plan, budget and timeline, within 48 hours of the audit.

03

Build

Change-controlled implementation with MOPs, rehearsed cutovers and as-built drawings.

04

Operate

Monitoring, AMC or managed operations with monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

When is OpenStack the right choice over Proxmox?
When you need multi-tenancy with quotas, a self-service cloud API for development teams, or scale beyond a few hundred VMs. For smaller estates Proxmox is usually simpler and cheaper.
Can you rescue an existing OpenStack deployment?
Yes. We audit services, networking and storage, stabilise the control plane and plan the upgrade path.
Which distribution do you deploy?
Community OpenStack with automated tooling, or a vendor distribution if you require commercial support.

Send us your rack list or hypervisor inventory. The blueprint comes back in 48 hours.
