The exact sizethe form is asking for.

“Image must be 200×230 px and under 50 KB” — every Indian exam portal has a rule like this. Resize, crop to fit, cap the file size, download.

Private by design: the file is processed on your device with open-source JavaScript libraries. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Setting a max file size makes the tool lower JPEG/WebP quality step by step until the image fits.

What it does

Open-source, in your browser, no account.

Free, no sign-up, no email gate, no watermark. Your files are processed on your own device and never uploaded — open the browser network tab if you like.

  • Exact-pixel resize with fit, fill-and-crop or stretch
  • Presets for social media and Indian exam / passport photo specs
  • Optional max-KB target; batch of up to 30 images
FAQ

Common questions

How do I get under 20 KB for a signature?
Pick the 140×60 preset, JPG, and set max file size 20. Grayscale signatures compress best.
Does it change the DPI metadata?
Browsers export at 96 dpi metadata; portals check pixels, not dpi. The passport preset is already 413×531 px, which is 35×45 mm at 300 dpi.
